I Believe women deserve to step into who God has called them to be!

I'm Deana. A Christian wife, mama of 3 (27,22 and 5) and grandmother to 2 precious grandchildren. I am a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and Functional Medicine Health Consultant.

After having a baby at 42 and having severe postpartum anxiety - I struggled with not only emotional symptoms but physical symptoms as a result of chronic stress. I was exhausted and overwhelmed and simply told "you just had a baby, it will take you about a year to feel normal again, mentally and physically."

ABSURD.

So I took matters into my own hands and started learning to heal my body, taking a more holistic approach. I learned how to not only heal my gut symptoms and rebalance my hormones, but how to sustainably manage those symptoms.

I also learned that my physical, mental and spiritual health were all encompassing and healing one meant healing all. You cannot just fix ONE component. So here I am at 46 years old feeling the best I have ever felt and I cannot wait to help you learn to do the same.
